It's indeed very inspired on Hentai Simgirl as the points system works alike (even the amount of points needed for being able to do things with the girl are the same numbers). But where Hentai Simgirl is a half-finished thing with annoying "not complete" and "not available" girls, Ganguro Girl is an as-it-is game.
